Ralph may have broken the internet, but not the bank ...

The story so far ...
Ralph under performs leaving us wondering if any opening can crack the $100 mark.  As it stands Halloween is still the biggest opening at $76 million.  The releases remain low, this could be a close race indeed.

Just another typical Harry Potter Weekend ...

The story so far ...
The latest Fantastic Beasts takes the top spot with very little competition.  As we head into the end of the weekend recovering from turkey overload, Ralph looks to be out front.  With the movies opening on Wednesday, their over weekend totals are going to be down a bit.  As it stands right now, Halloween is still on top with $76 million.  Fantastic Beasts and The Grinch both failed to unseat the horror movie.  Ralph's Friday total was around $24 million.  Multiple that over three days and they might just place it under Halloween.  Looking at the league rankings, this could be Halloween's last test making it the first horror move to win the holiday season.  Lots left to open but we will be watching.

Don't stop me now, I'm having a good time ...

The story so far ...
Bohemian Rhapsody doesn't disappoint.  Opening at $51 million, BR looks to be a big surprise this season.  With only half the teams in the league picking it, it could be what is needed to win.  Time will tell.

Halloween wins again .................

The story so far ...
Well, Halloween continues to rule the box office.  Of course this is the first time the total box office finished under $100 million since the last weekend of September.  I am betting everyone was at Halloween parties.  Halloween was able to cash in on the holiday with no real other contenders.

Up next is "Marvel Weekend."  Oh wait, they have none to release in the live action arena.  Looks like they are giving this weekend back.  Don't fret, there is a great pick about Queen coming out.

There coming, just have another piece of candy!
