The story so far ...
We are in the midst of the holidays and Jenna is making the most of it. She is moving into second for the Blockbusters and taking over Multipliers. Only about $22 million stand in her way and she has one left to open and another moving to wide. We are moving into the final month.

So Rogue One was a success! If Disney puts this much effort into all of their spinoffs, it's good to be a Star Wars fan right now. Take that Trekkies!
In other news, Sing opens today with Assassin's Creed and Passengers on their way. By the time Xmas packages are all unwrapped and the buttons holding our jeans on burst at the seams, this league could very well be decided. Chuck's foot hold on Blockbusters and Jeff's on Multipliers could be a thing of the past just like 2016 in a week. Who has button's on their jeans?

The wait is over, Potter is here, sort of. The question is, will it be a box off success? Which started out as a trilogy, expanded to five will now see if it can get past one. Avoiding the Tuesdays opening and a holiday weekend, Fantastic Beasts look to put a stamp on our league and continue drawing hordes to the box office this season. Looking at this year's picks, the league was split down the middle as to which would make more between Beasts and Doctor Strange. Strange's opening of $85 is impressive. Side bets anyone?
